The double wall corrugated pipe equipment has undergone three generations of updates, each with its own unique technical characteristics.

The first layer of casing is processed and combined with the second layer of casing through a heat treatment process, and then subjected to water cooling treatment before finally forming. The technology of the second-generation double wall corrugated pipe equipment has been improved, the production time has been greatly reduced, and the manufacturing cost has remained almost unchanged. However, the quality of the equipment produced by different processes has been greatly improved, the hardness of the product has been greatly increased, the toughness has also increased, and the service life has been significantly extended. It is suitable for short-term and long-term use, with guaranteed quality, low replacement frequency, and low damage rate.


The third-generation double wall corrugated pipe has different heat treatment processes from the previous two generations. The third-generation double wall corrugated pipe equipment adopts an air cooling and water cooling method for processing. In the initial stage, it is cooled in the air for a period of time to meet certain requirements for product performance. During water cooling, the hardness and toughness are improved, and various properties are also synchronously improved. The first generation of double walled corrugated pipe equipment had many prominent problems and poor quality, while the second generation also had some well-known defects. In order to improve the shortcomings of the previous two generations, the third generation of double walled corrugated pipe equipment comprehensively analyzed and studied the previous shortcomings, and developed a heat treatment process processing method that combines the two. This has led to unprecedented levels of physical properties, chemical properties, aerodynamics, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and other aspects of the double walled corrugated pipe equipment, ensuring complete quality assurance.
